Isobel Starling spent most of her twenty-year professional career making art in Ireland.  She relocated to the UK and, faced with the dreaded artist’s creative block, Isobel started to write and found she loved it.

John Wiltshire is a pen name. The author was born in England. She spent 22 years in the British Army, perfecting the art of looking busy while secretly writing. She retired at the rank of Major and finally settled in New Zealand.
